The Modeling perspective provides a set of default panels. These panels enable you to create models, view the process, application, participants and data associated with the model. These panels are as follows:
The Profile panel displays two options:
The Business Analyst should define a process flow in the model from the business view only. Technical background is not necessary for a Business Analyst. However, the Integrator adds information needed to make the model interpretable by the Stardust engine. He/she should define technical details, like implementation for events.

The My Process Models panel organizes elements of the model in tree-like structure. It organizes model elements into structured types, data, applications, participants and processes. It displays all the models found in the process-models folder of the Document Repository view in the Administration Perspective in the Stardust Portal. Elements created in diagram automatically appear under the model node. By default, it is expanded.

The My Process Models panel displays following elements in the tree-like structure:
All the elements are displayed in lexical order.
If there are no models in the repository then a message is displayed as "No Models Found." If there are models in the repository, then the text "Loading.." is displayed till the models are loaded.
Using the following navigation gestures, you can work with elements from the My Process Models panel.
Right-click the element in the My Process Models panel, the context menu for the element gets displayed. Using this menu, you can:
To open the context menu from the My Process Models panel, right-click the element. The context menu for that element gets displayed.

Click the model element node in the tree. The property panel for that view gets displayed. For example, in the Data node of model, if you click on specific data the properties of that data gets displayed. This applies to structured types, data, applications and participants.

You can drag elements from tree and drop them into process diagram canvas.

The My Process Models toolbar contains the following options:

To create a model, click the Create Model
icon in the My Process Models toolbar.
The model with Structured Type, Data, Applications and Participants node gets created.

You can import a model using the Import Model icon. For more information, please refer to the section Importing a Model of the chapter Model Operations.
You can revert the last actions performed in the model till last reload. Also, you can perform Undo operation on all the elements included in the model. You can undo:
To revert the last operations, click the Undo icon in the My Process Models panel. When you hover the mouse over the Undo icon, the next action to perform is displayed in the tooltip text.

You can restore the last Undo operations, using the Redo icon. When you hover the mouse over the Redo icon, the next action to perform is displayed in the tooltip text.

Click the Save All Models
icon in the My Process Models toolbar.
The Last Save status message gets displayed above the My Process Models toolbar.

The Save All Models option works the following way:
Note that after the Save All Models action, the Undo and Redo icons become disabled.
The refresh models action reloads the models from repository and clears the session log. So any unsaved changes to the model might be lost. We recommend you to save the models before refresh action.
Click the Refresh
icon in the
My Process Models toolbar.
A confirmation message is displayed that allows the following:

To filter elements, type name of the element in the provided text box. Matching elements are highlighted.
