In some cases you might complete an activity and proceed with further activities in the process, when you notice you missed something or e.g. entered wrong data. If the activity you like to go back to, is marked as possible target point for relocation, you have the option to undo all activities that followed that activity and move back to the activity in question.

To relocate an activity, you have the following options:

Clicking the relocation option opens the Relocation dialog. A drop-down list provides all possible relocation targets. These are the preceeding activities, which have been marked as Is Relocation Target. Select the relocation target activity and click Relocate to start the relocation or Cancel to cancel the action.
After the relocation is invoked, all activities following the target relocation activity will be aborted and the target activity is added to the worklist. Note that it still contains data that was entered, e.g. in the manual activity panel or as process attachment. You can now change the data or other actions you performed on the activity and continue the workflow.
Note that relocation is restricted in the following way:
